I would give you one star, had to wait 2 months because of various mistake s by sears gave you alternate phone number and you have contacted the person when you were leaving promises. you also had wrong number provided to technician, and finally the parts that you have sent us before the technician arrival was not complete, and the technician had to use the old part .
