We are pleased with the work done by Enrique. We have yet to confirm that our problem was fixed. It took us 2 1/2 months to get the parts and a tech out to address our problem.

On time and Provided Simple Diagnostic Service
He was very pleasant. He called for additional service tech ( with a lil more experience) and he too was pleasant and knowledgeable in assisting him. Explaining services: protocols, machine testing and billing codes. There actually wasn't nothing wrong with my machine they said… they ran a couple test cycles. Said it seem to be a plumbing issue. In and Out in less than 30 mins: Diagnosis & Service Charge.

still broken
the technician should get 5 stars but the machine is still broken. He said it was too much foam, and so we put the laundry through the rinse and spin cycle, I did it again after he left and when the machine stopped there was still water in it and the towels are super wet. The machine is not working...it is broken, there is still water in the machine and the cycle is over

Strap is fine, Sears has been awful
Ostap seems fine but he had to order more parts because the person before him did not diagnose the issues correctly , we have not had access to our washer since February! We are super frustrated with Sears , I have set appointments and no one shows! It has been so disappointing and so difficult
