Mr Ostap is a very good repairman. He is respectful, works quickly and demonstrates a genuine interest in repairing your appliance. I have had very good experiences with all the repairmen. I just wished my experience calling in was not so automated. It's very frustrating trying to call and going in circles.

Great service!
Allen was great! He called during the time he was scheduled and kept me posted on when he would be arriving. He made every effort to finish the repair promptly but was very thorough telling me what was wrong and if he could repair. He advised me of the insurance that's offered for my other appliances. I especially appreciate how hard this repair was for a big guy like Allen to work in a tight space but he did it! Allen was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Thanks for sending such a professional to repair my washer.
