Jose was very considerate of the situation. The previous tech charged me for part and labor, which I paid then could not get ahold of anyone to install the part! After a couple weeks of trying I was able to connect with a service rep and he was able to setup a second appointment. Jose installed the part and was very professional

Overall, not a good experience with Sears wish I knew everyone's names but I don't first guy that came out ordered the wrong parts because he didn't take the time to take my dryer apart and know it was really going on with it Second guy that came out ordered the right parts, but it took over a month to get and there was no Communication at all with Sears. I would call and was not able to get a hold of anyone and no one would return my call the third man that came out was very, very good he fixed my dryer and explained everything to me
