Glenn was Great
Terrible experience, Sears took almost 3 months to repair our unit, canceling one appointment after another. Had to endure unbearable heat throughout summer and a few weeks of cold before the repairs were completed. Technicians Juan and Glenn were polite and professional they were the only bright spot of my experience with your company.☹️🥴
