The service provided by Enrique was prompt, efficient and completed in a professional manner. He assessed the issues, came prepared with the appropriate equipment to fix my dryer, and completed the task within an hour. Tech did a fabulous job.
Tech was great. The admin staff who made appts was horrible. Long wait times - 2 hrs. We had 4 appts to finish the repair on all but the last one no one called or communicated anything. Very poor job!!! After this experience we will not be using Sears again. Too much coemption and they communicate...
