The surface rep called ahead gave me 45 minutes notice that he was on his way arrived friendly courteous, diagnosed my problem. Fortunately, it was nothing serious just to loose electrical wire that had come off The back of the machine, on a scale was definitely a five thank you.

Robert was able to readily notice my bottom freezer drawer was not closing correctly. He adjusted drawer and it closes perfectly now. He also changed the water filter I had on hand.
