Adam was on time and solved our A/C issue promptly. He is professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the broken capacitor and gave some maintenance advise on the system. Great employee. 5 star service!

I think you need to revamp your whole interactive web interface. I was totally frustrated with the limited ability to communicate what I wanted to communicate, and with the repetitive emails from 'the system'. I almost cancelled, thinking any company that has such a messed up system likely doesen't care abour customer service. Then I decided to ride it out see if the technician's visit changed my mind. It did, he was great. But, I wouldn't wish your online system on anyone. You get a one star, Mohammad gets 5.
