Keith was on the phone with another customer when he arrived and didn't introduce himself. He couldn't duplicate the problem we've been having for months and seemed in a hurry to leave. Problem not resolved.

Did not follow through
When Ronald came here he took photos and told me he would send me the pictures along with his recommendations for repairs needed. He did neither. As it turned out, the part that was broken was not covered by the insurance, which is very disheartening.

Left a mess
Manzoor emptied his shop vacuum into my garage/kitchen sink rather than into the trash bin in same area or my outside trash. This clogged the drain and left my sink full of dirty soil and lint, which may or may not have come from the job in my home. He asked to use my cleaning solution (peroxide) and towels for the job of cleaning my washer and changing the door gasket. This was not acceptable service. First time using Sears appliance service. Disappointing!

Refrigerator final repair
After having refer no operatig since May 26 we were extremely happy to have all parts arrive and we're installed on Aug 10, yesterday. The tech told us to wait 25 to 48 hours for it to cool . It hasn't cooled below 84 degrees yet. I put my thermometer in it after repair. Nothing has cooled, refer or freezer. IT SHOLD BE REPLACE PER SERVICE CONTRACT. " If not repaired you will replace it. I'VE BEEN PATIENT LONG ENOUGH. waiting for someone who cares to take care of this immediately. I've got a message out to Cinch services now. PLEASE HELP ASAP.

Zero stars if possible
Did not service dryer or washer as he said he did. If he did anything it's the quickest service we have ever had. All filters were not touched and drain not emptied. Good thing we do it once a month ourselves. Neither washer nor dryer were moved or checked behind.

Ge refrigerator repair
First off the 4th part didn't arrive for 3 weeks hence no scheduled repair until today! Justice said he would not replace the fan and said it was ok even though I told him the previous Tech had said that the bearings were going bad, he was going to reinstall the main coil cover which was cracked by previous techs until I insisted he install the new one. He then left without saying he was done after he said he was going out for a minute, totally unacceptable!

My Furnace Is Not Fixed
In less than 30 minutes after Ron left my home my furnace is doing the same thing that it did before the repair started. My blower motor is not turning on from the manual position or when the furnace is calling for heat. I immediately called Sears Home Services and they told me to call Select Home Warranty and file another claim. Needless to say I am not happy with the outcome of all this. I have been without heat since the 19th of January. Ron indicated that the Fan "On" switch on the thermostat is problably defective but that the furnace will come on when calling for heat. It is not doing that. I looked at my home warranty and the thermostat is covered under the warranty. I need my furnace repaired.
