My Furnace Is Not Fixed
In less than 30 minutes after Ron left my home my furnace is doing the same thing that it did before the repair started. My blower motor is not turning on from the manual position or when the furnace is calling for heat. I immediately called Sears Home Services and they told me to call Select Home Warranty and file another claim. Needless to say I am not happy with the outcome of all this. I have been without heat since the 19th of January. Ron indicated that the Fan "On" switch on the thermostat is problably defective but that the furnace will come on when calling for heat. It is not doing that. I looked at my home warranty and the thermostat is covered under the warranty. I need my furnace repaired.

Not happy!
I was supposed to have a window between eight and 12 to have a tech come out. I waited and waited and waited! Finally, he came around 430. Not giving me an explanation on why I was not notified that he was going to be late. I showed him my stove and oven and explained my problem that I was having. He sat on the floor and started looking at the oven and I sat in the chair at the table next to him. He was using a temperature gauge to check how hot the oven was getting. It had a magnet on it to hang From the oven. I asked him was that going to scratch my stove?? And he told me oh no, it's plastic. And then he rubbed it back-and-forth on the stainless steel. When he got all done and gathered his stuff and headed to the door I looked at the stove, and it was completely scratched!! I was very upset! I asked him what do we do now and he said well I don't know. He said I could call his boss. He gave me a bogus card that is a 1888 number that goes to Sears. I am still unable to speak with someone to find out how we resolve the situation. I am very unhappy!! I even asked him if he had some paperwork where he could document what happened. He said he had no way to document it. I feel like this is very unprofessional!!

Refriguator Repair
He did not fix the leak nor trouble shoot it correctly he didn't clean the pan underneath and did not open up back of appliance to inspect nor inside inspect either. Still leaking so I called for emergency service.

Sears cancelled appointments, via text!!!
It is now 5 p.m. and the technician has not shown up nor called. Very frustrated with Sears repair.

Washer flooded hallway, bedroom and bedroom.
The technician did not identify the problem so, the washer could flood the same rooms again. I need to get the resolved indefinitely.
