Mychael was very patient with my trying to explain the issue within our dryer. The noise that had been happening- of course stopped the moment he arrived. But he didn't just turn around and leave. He looked up various possibilities and help walk me through possible solutions should it happen again. He was great and I learned a few new things about my dryer - and my washer! Thank you!

Over and Above
After a series of missteps by the schedulers in the warranty program, Ryan called to say he was on his way. However he was not given the essential information to complete my job which was that I had received the parts and two service persons were required to remove the stacked dryer. I was again very disappointed in the lack of proper communication but Ryan took it into his own hands and within 30 minutes he had the approvals he needed and another service rep to help him. Ryan saved the day!
