Efficient and knowledgeable serviceman
Our washing machine was displaying a flashing error code (E1, F3). Ronald opened the washing machine, found one issue, addressed it, and ran the machine through a complete cycle. (This took time and patience on his part but I'm glad he did.) To everyone's surprise, near the end of the cycle, the same error codes appeared! Ronald looked deeper and found that a new board was in order. I need to wait for the board to arrive but am quite pleased with his help and attention to detail.
