Tristan is EXCELLENT. Confirmed 2pm appt time early morning, 2 updates before arrival. Had microwave door replaced and on his way in 30 min. Great rep for Sears!!

Gary was very efficient and knowledgable. He figured out that the sensor needed replacement, and fixed it. The whole operation took about an hour.
