Carlos is Excellent!!

Very professional. Kept us informed of his arrival. Pulled fridge out of cabinet - first time since its install 7 yrs ago. Checked compressor first, then methodically checked all possible areas causing the problem. Great explanations. Thorough, confident, and competent technician. Congrats Sears!
