He is an excellent technician. He was investigative and knowledgeable in trying to repair my machine which is 17 years old. He went above and beyond in terms of looking for any possible reason for the failure to operate properly. The first time he replaced 3 major parts, and the machine worked for one week and then failed again. When he returned, he replaced one of the previous parts but it still failed. He works hard, and does not give up until he has to give up because there's nothing else to do. He's the best!
