Refrigerator is A OK
Miguel was right on time, carefully checked for the problem, & gave a very accurate & thorough estimate. He was polite, efficient & professional. I am totally pleased with the repair.

The work he did for our washer was complicated but he did not give up. He did what was necessary and we could see that he takes pride in his work. He was very professional and kind. He was also very thorough. Just amazing customer service.

Disappointed and did call in to try and trouble shoot proble
Aaron was a very nice guy. However, it was 119 for service and 50 for cleaning. He did clean the compresser and we moved the fridge out a few more inches for circulation. One concern is as he messed with the ice maker, we told him it was working well enough to freeze and drop ice manually, but he did something to it and now it will not even freeze the ice. I called in and some guy tried to help me fix it, but it did not work. So disappointed in a 3300 humdred dollar fridge that is only three years old. Tired of sears and other companies trying to sell their warrenties and putting their technicians up to it too. Frustrating.
