Terrible service
Although the repairman arrived timely and was pleasant, he left our washer in worse shape than when he arrived. Further, it is impossible to schedule a return visit to rectify the situation. We now do not have a working washer, or a means to arrange further repair.

Sorry
This technician never showed up on August 9th as scheduled. When he came out on August 17th he was very rude. He acted like it was an inconvenience for him to be there. He said I needed a new belt and timer but put the dryer back together with old parts. The dryer does work. Hope it doesn't break down again soon. I do not want this man back in my house to fix anything! He was too preoccupied with his phone and lunch break. I couldn't wait to get him out of my house. He needs to work on his people skills.

Unhappy
I am on vacation because they didn't come when they were originally supposed to, so my daughter was there. She said he only ran some diagnostics and said it said it was fine. He ran an empty load so he didn't hear the noise. I believe something is wrong with the balance. My daughter heard him talking to someone on the phone that told him to write down that he installed the balancers, which he did NOT. He took the new balancers and parts with him, that had been delivered to my house earlier. He said if it happens again to call him.

home service repair
Lawson himself was friendly and kind. however to save everyone a waste of time it would be beneficial if you check on the brand and make of the appliance you are servicing PRIOR to arrival. It turns out SEARS doesnt service parts for my refrigerator so the appointment should have never been made to begin with. complete waste of time!!!!
