Excellent service
Brian arrived ahead of schedule which was fine with me. After a quick look-see at all five appliances, Brian got right to work on the preventative maintenance and cleaning of each. He pointed out areas to watch for wear, etc. Everything was completed in short order, professionally and efficiently and without breaking the bank. Kinda reminded me of the kind of service we use to get several years ago!!!!

Great Job!
Brian did an excellent job of getting our dryer back up and running. He explained what the issue was, how he was going to fix it, and was able to get us back up and running within 90min. The repair itself required Brian to pretty much disassemble the dryer down to its frame and he still had it fixed within a 90min window. Great job Brian and thank you!

Awesome service guy
The service guy did his best to fix our air conditioner. He saw our baby and said that the job was a two men job but because we have a baby he was going to try and do it himself. He managed to do it himself. I appreciate him for getting our air conditioner back up and running. Our baby can't sleep without the air conditioner on.

Great job and service. After suspected issue wasn't resolved at first, tech stayed on the job and did everything he could to have the repair completed before leaving. More involved repair completed and dryer back up and running.

Aaron, the technician was great Samsung and their phone service and employees who handle their phone service suck. They can't speak English hardly they put you on hold forever. They do not process until you call several times over and over. I'll never deal with Samsung again as far as A&E goes, they were great.
