Dryer follow up
My husband welcomed Brian the technician that came to evaluate/fix issue dryer was having after recent repair. Very nice and informative. Found the problem and fixed it. Thank you Brian.

Check clothes washer for leakage
Technician Brian was excellent. He took his time checking out my washer and then told me exactly what he found. He also showed me photos of the area that he examined. He did not seem rushed, even tho it was at the end of a workday. One aspect of this helpful visit by a technician was the awkward signing of forms on a cell phone with my finger when paying. I was prepared to pay for the service with a personal check, but apparently it was not possible at that late time of day.
