Samsung washer
Brian was the only service technician that was able to resolve a year long headache with my 3 year old washing machine. Just over a year ago another company came out and said it needed new rods. Rods were installed and still didn't spin. Several service calls and many parts later, I was ready to give up. Then Brian came out and did a full check of the machine. He asked me about the rods and I told him they were replaced a year ago (apparently not all of them or they were used). He was the only one to put the machine in test mode and the only one to recalibrate the machine after installing the 4 new tub rods. The machine is working great! A huge thank you to Brian for his customer service and his outstanding work ethic. PS (He deserves a raise) Thanks again!
