Nothing wrong with the techs just too many parts have been installed with not very good results. Guess they will just keep installing with less than stellar results. Useless. I have been without a refrigerator for over two months I foresee no positive results

extremely unhappy with your company. 3 different technicians have come out to fix my refrigerator/freezer and it is still not fixed. the temperature on the outside of the door is the problem and for some reason they are not ordering that part. instead of 0-37 it is 4=40 or 2-62 im afraid i will lose more of my food.

Water leak in freezer
Been out two times back to back. Hours later still leaking. Third appointment canceled by Sears till next day. Have no water cold in kitchen including my water filter for 4 days buying water to cook with and drink. Hope third time they fix the problem.

terrible do not use sears for anything
I have been lied to repeatedly about the services performed for my appliance. I originally called in May to have my leaking washer looked at. We have waited for a technician to come and repair it. They have told us that they are going to ship the parts. They never arrived. When I called back they said they got lost, they sent another tech. Then they said it couldn't be fixed. Now I is almost November, it's still leaking and I was told they are waiting for a replacement. Of course, someone slipped on the water from the machine they "fixed". Over the phone they say someone is coming and no one ever comes? I just don't get it. One time I called and they told me they fixed it!? No one at our place saw a technician come in? I will never buy anything from Sears and definitely not their warranty that they stole my money. Today I called and they tell me my case is denied, they can't talk to me anymore.

Still not fixed
Been out 4 times replaced ice maker water valve still leaking icing up bottom of freezer cabinet and leaking onto floor.
