Still not fixed
Amado claimed he did a test run after completing the service but when we tried to use the washing machine we got the same error message and we cannot use the machine. Now we have to wait until Jan 2 for another repair person to come out and we are very unhappy. I attempted to text him at the number he called me from on his way to our home and got no response.

Worst technician, did not fix anything, cancelled twice
This is the worst experience I've ever had with a technician. He came to inspect our washer for leaking. He did not want to wait for the full cycle to run when we told him it leaked towards the end of the cycle. Said he had another job and walked out on us. We scheduled another appointment and ended up getting him again. Right before our stop, he arrived, didn't ring the doorbell and left. He signed the notice saying he performed the job but he never stepped foot in our house. Wasted 2 full days with these appointments

Never showed up
Technician called me 3 1/2 hours into my window, saying he couldn't show up because the computers were down.

Never repaired unit
Never repaired our hvac unit. The tech came out, submitted authorization to home warranty, ordered parts, and then didn't show for their appointment. We called, and were told that the repair was " no safe", thus could not be performed. They then scheduled a second tech, and that tech didn't even know what the issue was. He also didn't show up.
