Refrigerator service Repairman
Edwin tried to fix the problem with my Sears Kenmore refrigerator's freezer. It made frost on all the items inside and on the outside of the storage bins in the door. He replaced the gasket. That didn't work. In fact then ice was forming inside. He came again and used some heating device and cleared it up. But it came right back. He came again and replaced the original gasket on the door. That still didn't work and now I have frost and some ice. This refrigerator freezer has been a problem from the day it was delivered in 2019. My extended warranty is about to end and I need it replaced.

Sears Technician for Ice Maker Machine Not Working
Technician informed me that I had to pay an additional fee for service. I told him that I already paid the service fee and the rest will be covered by home warranty. He was able to fix that one which was good. Service took more than 30 minutes. All in all it was a good experience. BTW, it was his first time to come to my house for the same issue. The first 3 visits were handled by another technician.
