Sears Technician for Ice Maker Machine Not Working
Technician informed me that I had to pay an additional fee for service. I told him that I already paid the service fee and the rest will be covered by home warranty. He was able to fix that one which was good. Service took more than 30 minutes. All in all it was a good experience. BTW, it was his first time to come to my house for the same issue. The first 3 visits were handled by another technician.

Nothing wrong with the techs just too many parts have been installed with not very good results. Guess they will just keep installing with less than stellar results. Useless. I have been without a refrigerator for over two months I foresee no positive results

extremely unhappy with your company. 3 different technicians have come out to fix my refrigerator/freezer and it is still not fixed. the temperature on the outside of the door is the problem and for some reason they are not ordering that part. instead of 0-37 it is 4=40 or 2-62 im afraid i will lose more of my food.

Water leak in freezer
Been out two times back to back. Hours later still leaking. Third appointment canceled by Sears till next day. Have no water cold in kitchen including my water filter for 4 days buying water to cook with and drink. Hope third time they fix the problem.
