Epec failure.
After 4 weeks final installation had no effect. Who can survive 4 weeks without a refrigerator?

Disappointed
I've been struggling with my ac being fixed for about a month. The answer I receive is "I don't know what's wrong with it." "I will just glue it." Came out twice and glued it twice. Does that sound right to you? Ya well me either.

Showed up unscheduled when I was not home!
Not sure why they took it upon themselves to show up at my house before 8 AM on a Saturday. I was not home and my guest let them in unknowingly. My problem is not fixed and no one calls me back to resolve the issue!

Disappointing
Seems that Sears is working with the home insurances little by little, giving wrong diagnosis depending on what they got pre-approved. I am nos quite sure if this is a Sears issue or I forced, but with certainty they don't care leaving home owner with the same or even worst condition. Taking weeks to solve a claim.
