For what was to be repaired was really pricey, then not to be the problem.cant imagine how pricey the compressor replacement would have been. Freezer just out of warranty,,, probably just junk it. Everything made so cheap today. Consumer gets the shaft

Didn't feel like he listened to the problems I was having with my dishwasher. Felt blown off. He didn't even run it so he could see it wasn't cleaning my dishes even after I requested he should. He knew what was wrong (which he was right it needed to be fixed) but it still didn't fully fix the problem like he said it would.

Washer Dryer Service

Customers should not have to sign documents on a phone. There should be paperwork (hard copies) and easy to read. A paper copy of service should be left with customer. Also tech demanded I sign on his phone that there was cosmetic damage on my washer and dryer. There was very minor things I didn't even see until he pointed it out. I told him to put minor cosmetic. He no, cosmetic is cosmetic. Didn't care for the attitude. I had to sign his phone 4 or 5 times. Nobody should have to sign anything that many times and before the work is done. I still haven't received the paper copies of what I signed. I will not doing business with this company again.

Dryer repair

The scheduled time for the repair was from 8am to 12pm. The technician showed up after 230pm. The problem was with an exhaust fan and not the dryer but was charged for not doing anything. I gave Noe a 2 because he was pleasant, but the whole situation was not good.

Bad service

The technician was paid by 1st american home warranty to come out and diagnosis the problem and report the cost to 1st american. When 1st american said the problem was not covered I asked the technician how much the repairs would be and that I would pay out of my own pocket. Instead of telling me what in would cost the technician lied and said he had not diagnosed the problem that he had already been paid to do and wanted me to pay another time before he would get me cost of the repairs. Getting paid twice for the same thing. Trying to take advantage of me. I will never use them again. They can't be trusted

I am facing a complete reconstruction of my kitchen island and part of my pantry because of a Kenmore dishwasher part that failed creating a totally hidden leak that resulted in black mold. Last year I had a tech here to repair the unit. In the previous years, I have had repairs. Why couldn't someone diagnose the issue when in my home? Why can't you take responsibility?

He never showed up

We have waited on him all day and never showed , we were to have someone to check the light on oven and repair our refrigerator today, the gal in Florida told my husband she had it setup to take care of both today, I really need my refrigerator repair it's my primary, I just can't understand the way y'all schedule, and inconvenience your customers. Very poor service

He was very rude , left a mess in my kitchen. My husband was trying to ask him questions and he said he didn't have time to talk , didn't have any knowledge about how to fix the light in the oven, we are having trouble getting the day of week programmed in, the board was not checked, said he didn't have time, to call back in for the light. Also I would prefer a regular Sears man, they are more knowledgeable and not rude, please don't send the contractor , thank you Martha McLeod
