Brandon has been to our house several times to work on appliances that we have contracts on. This time it was on our LG washer. Brandon is very conciance about his work & wants the appliance owner be pleased with the completed work. The washer is working; but he found a leak & ordered two new pars.

Best repair man you've sent
Best repairman yet, I'm not happy with my Sears plan. You've been sending repairmen here since Feb!! Trying to fix same problem, apparently you are not going to give me a new refrigerator as I was told by you when I entered into this plan almost a year ago. Should have read your reviews before buying your plan.
