Used old wires as a fix instead of replacing new ones (he told me he just switched outside to inside) then installed a faulty blower. I Called different company in who said it only has two blades now I have to get a new blower again! I told Amir it sounded wrong and he said it's fine. Took him three trips to do it wrong.

Not Happy

The technician did not notify us before arrival. He sent us a picture that no one was home upon his arrival at 8:34AM. His message stated he would be back at 9:50Am. I arrived at the address at 9AM and waited 3 hours no one came back. My wife called Sears and they said the technician had made the repairs and closed out the order. I am not happy with this outcome, we have been dealing with this problem since January 2nd.

Terrible Service

Pedro was polite. Said it was just a loose terminal and once he clicked it in it was working. I paid, he left and an hour later I went to check on if the refrigerator was working, I found it not working and back to the original not cooling. HE DIDN'T FIX IT AND I AM UNABLE TO TALK TO ANYONE SINCE NO PHONE NUMBER WAS IN THE EMAIL NOTICE FOR MY APPOINTMENT TO CALL. VERY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED

One star is too much

I wanted to give no stars. Gave one star for showing up. Now going on 5 weeks without refrigerator. Parts not brought and then claim denied. Very poor trouble shooting and the only communication was multiple emails and texts reminded us to be here and wait all day so we don't waste their time. Our texts regarding parts and communication said they read them, but in fact it never went to anyone.

Rude and doesn't have a clue

This tech first visit started with him being very rude and defensive. We actually have had eight visits and issue still not resolved. This tech said I don't know why the last tech did what he did. He had to look at schematics on his phone and said must be your filter is clogged go get one and try that and he left His next visit he just put silicone on tubing said turn off the water for 24 hrs we did still leaked. Finally a sr tech came and just shook his head. Had to replace the housing again because of the silicone. Unfortunately even with the second housing we still had problems and this tech was sent again. Wow even ruder. Said I'm not a plumber but must be your water pressure. Said he was going to HD to get a part and would be right back… that was three days ago. Not what he wrote on the receipt that was later emailed to us. He closed claim though still not fixed. Three strikes and that's it. Rude, lied, and didn't do the job. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Worst experience ever encountered by a company or technician

We scheduled a fridge repair-which was making incredibly loud thumping noises. So, loud we could not hear our TV and it was giving us headaches. We turned the fridge off. When the first repairman came he could hear the noise but refused to do anything b/c the unit had not been plugged in for 24 hrs. We waited another week . This repairman-Raymond T was not in our home for more than 4 3 -4 minutes before storming out. He told my husband that it was normal for the fridge to make that noise. My husband insisted that we have had fridges all our lives and that loud thumping was not normal. The technician informed him that he went to school for this. My husband started to say that maybe we needed to ask someone else. The repairman stormed out of the house claiming no one talks to him that way! What is equally frustrating is that there is no way to talk to anyone at the company. We have been trying to reach out for a week now! The number for the company puts one on a loop that never leads to talking to anyone! The chat makes you choose an option-none of which fits our problem. After 3 weeks with no fridge, we finally went and bought one. Then we received forms from the company that we had supposedly signed. Not our signature! It listed an estimate that we declined. Raymond NEVER looked at the back of the fridge where it was making the noise. We certainly hope the company receives this and a real person gives us a call!

Two weeks and our refer is still not cooling properly

SEARS: here's the Order Number: 000708841327836 On the last service call, I reported that Raymond was great, but Sears Home Services was horrible. I can now add Raymond to the horrible column. Our refer is still not dropping into the right temp zone. Right now, it's at 50 but set to 37. I have photographic evidence. We have the vents adjusted the way they should be per Raymond's first visit on 9/22, which was originally scheduled for 9/18, but they couldn't do it that day. The woman who called said we were rescheduled to 9/23. After much to do, she agreed to squeeze us into 9/19, 8-9. No show; no call. I went online and manually rescheduled to the 22nd, which was the earliest available. Why wasn't I given that day as the default??? Following Raymond's visit on 9/22, we felt confident everything would be fine. It was just the way the vents were adjusted. However, over the course of the weekend, we came to the conclusion that it was not cooling to the set temp and scheduled a follow-up on 9/27 (the soonest available). When Raymond visited on Wednesday, 9/27/23, he claimed there was nothing wrong and did it condescendingly. As mentioned above, I took photos this morning as evidence that the fridge temp is at 50 degrees and the set temp is at 37. I had unexplained and severe stomach issues starting Tuesday night and continuing all day Wednesday. I'm not saying it was because of something I ate from the fridge, but it's awfully coincidental. Example: We feed our dogs a raw diet that stays frozen in 5# chubs. We took a chub out two nights ago to defrost in our small backup fridge, and last night it was still frozen with very little give. Last night, I put it in the bigger kitchen fridge, and this morning it was completely thawed! I had to immediately parcel it out in storage containers and get it in the small fridge ASAP. Not good. It was my goal but it usually takes a couple of days.
