Aggressive and Disrespectful

Sears service I was scheduled for Thursday, September 21. No one showed up and I was unable to get a hold of anybody using the Sears number on the website. Called my warranty company and was asked to call back today. Was able to reschedule via the site for today. Received a text message and was home within 20 minutes of it. When arrived Raymond was leaving my driveway, we begged him to stop and come back. We've been without a fridge for now 3 weeks. There was a road rage incident in the neighborhood street where he cut us off and slammed in his breaks as we tried to talk to have him come back. My husband did get in front of his van and we got off to plead our case and have him come back. He laughed and stated we weren't home. Checking my ring camera he never even rang our doorbell and again was in our drive way when we arrived. I'm lucky my husband is not an aggressive man because Raymond got off his van and tried to fight him. I had to get between them to tell my husband it would not be worth it. Reported him to the "how's my driving" line as well. This all happened as school children were walking by after school. Very disappointed at his behavior and Sears for no showing to an appointment yesterday. He's lucky I didn't call the police on him!

Not so much the technician as the process

Our fridge has not been cooling correctly for 2 months. There have been four technicians out to look at it. Parts have been thrown at it and the last two visits seemed to be just hit the reset button and you're good to go. My wife and I have been taking days off work to wait on the techs. Yesterday was a total waste of everybody's time. The technician hit the reset and left. The fridge has NOT cooled down a single degree. Getting really tired of this home service not fixing the actual component that is bad. Seems they're only buying time, delaying the inevitable at the customers expense. If we didn't have our much older fridge in the garage I don't know what we would be doing. We cannot trust this unit enough to put anything in it. Thank goodness the freezer is still working, it was down a month ago also. I'm not happy what so ever with Sears home service and this program I have been throwing money at each month. Fix the fridge or replace it. The technician told me yesterday he couldn't even see the notes from the other service calls. He had no idea what parts have already been changed. He was gone in 20 minutes... Big thumbs down on this entire program.

Total DISASTER

First off, it took 7 days before you would even send someone. He came, ordered some parts and left. A week later the tech and the parts arrived. They were the wrong parts. Problem still there. Tech installed them anyway even though our parts were perfectly fine. Tech ordered new parts. Again wrong parts but installed them anyway. Tech did not understand where to look for the problem. He finally called a coworker who directed him to the problem. It was the one panel he DID NOT look at. Tech calls Select Home Warrenty and they approve the new replacement part but by now we are over our allowable limit because of all the parts the tech installed when he pulled out our fully functioning ones. Now in order to get my fridge fixed the warranty company wants ME to pay the excess amount that we are over the limit! Has the tech fixed our fridge correctly the first time we would not be over the limit. As far as I'm concerned with the Home Warranty company and /or Sears ships come out of pocket for the overage fees. We did everything go. That was asked of us. It's been 4 weeks since we called this claim in and out fridge still isn't working. Sears, you should hang you head in SHAME.

I just want to say that I was very disappointed with the service. We waited over two weeks from when the technician diagnosed the problem to returning back to replace the parts. And after replacing the parts the refrigerator did not work after all. The scheduling was a nightmare. Giving costumers approximating times of 9 hour intervals is not an approximation. After getting an approximation time of 9 hour the technician still will not show and will reschedule another 9 hour block that was inconvenient. And this all I will say for now.

Extremely disappointed

Actually I signed nothing. Amir told me he was going to his truck to write a report and he left. He told me the compressor was overcharged and probably damaged the compressor valves and that could be the reason it is not cooling below 86 or 87 during the day and he only measured a 10 to 12 degree difference between the return and the vent. He got a constant 68 to 70 degrees reading on the vent and 10 to 12 degree more return temp. It's never met the 20 degree requirement. It's still in the mid 80s in my house. The Ac is still not working properly and Amir put nothing in his report about the damage to the compressor valves. That's fraud and I contacted 9 on your side TV to investigate.
