Mr. Michael is a great technician but he lacks people skills
He went to work right away and got the washer fixed in only one hour but he lacks people skills! He was late and I called several times to see if he was going to be able to come and he got mad at me! He knew the trouble I had to get my stuff fixed!

Dan was able to get the repair done quickly but it would have been nice if he had cleaned up after himself. I have been trying to get my microwave fixed since August and other technicians at my house cleaned up after themselves.

Quick and simple
James was very professional and educated me on how this works. This microwave is from 1991 so very old stated it has some bad spots inside. I was concerned about RADS. And safety. Thank you

Sears Service Review
Original appointment scheduled for Monday, center called saying needed to reschedule for following day, however the appointment was actually rescheduled for Thursday instead. This location is in a desert with temperatures constantly over 100 degrees, so no AC is a real problem. Tried to call back to stress the urgency but no matter what number I used a real person could not be reached. No complaints with the Technician himself, but the Sears company service was extremely disappointing and unfortunate.

Not consistent with checking all of refrigerator. Didn't check freezer for frost.

Repair
He was scheduled to do the work since April 4th. Was scheduled on May 16, May 23rd, no show. Warranty replaced refrigerator. So we notified Sears to cancel appointment. Tech shows up. What a lousy run business. Doesn't show twice than shows after canceling. Can't say enough bad about your company.
