Repair of the refrigerator
The repair person Pedro showed up as scheduled and he kept in contact with us. He was very professional and respectful. He repaired our refrigerator without any other issues!

Samsung with crummy icemaker
Employee was polite, on time, provided instruction for maintenance. He didn't discover the problem but defrosted the ice maker & cleaned coils. I did not appreciate that my scheduled time for afternoon, was changed to before noon,without consulting with me, causing me to miss out on plans made after I had scheduled afternoon. Poor business practice to change times without asking. What if I had been at work? The clinician was fine. The scheduling was poorly done.
