Dan's expertise in repairing my clothes dryer was a breeze. He was quick to diagnose the tripping fuse by replacing a defective thermostat.

Raymond did a great job But the Sears Company needs to make significant changes because overall their service was terrible. A number of times no one showed up with no explanation There is no phone number where someone can tell you what or why the appointment was cancelled. We went 6 weeks with no repairs with temperatures over 100 degrees. I will never use Sears service again. Again Raymond did great the company did not

Excellent service
I had some issues with Sears service which was supposed to provide a service, but didn't. I waited the entire day and no one ever came or called to say they weren't coming. Dan helped me resolve this issue and assured me my service appointment for today was happening. Aside from all that he solved the problem with my dryer on the spot.
