Unfortunately, my disposer was too old (installed in 2005) to have parts so it's either replace it with something newer and redo the plumbing or stop using a disposer (I call it a disposal). 🙁 Haven't decided which as yet. I'm disappointed that it can't be repaired. Michael did an excellent job of explaining this to me.

Nice Guy Knows His Stuff
Michael was very nice and got to work. Quickly got the new parts installed without any fuss. He took the time to make sure everything was adjusted correctly and the unit worked asbit should. Would be happy to have him return to fix something else.

Refrigerator repair
Thank you for your service all four techs were very nice and professional. The first tech John diagnosed the problem immediately a faulty fan motor but he had to order the part which took a week. The second tech Pedro was also very professional however the new motor was damaged in the mail. He also took care of this immediately ordering another motor sent express for today. The third tech William and his trainee was also very professional and installed the new motor and check the unit in short order the unit is up and running. My only thought is when a part needs to be ordered it would be helpful if they were all ordered express thus cutting the down time. It was somewhat difficult not having a a refrigerator for almost 2 weeks. Thanks again for your professional service.
