We very much appreciated John's service. He was very nice and explained to us each step of the service he performed. Although he was unable to fix our refrigerator on the first day he came to us, he was honest and sincere when he explained our problem of needing another compressor for our refrigerator, and that he did not have the part available. We were very glad to have John back to fix our refrigerator on the day he came, when the part became available. He went through every step of the repair expertly, and in our opinion, took his time to get everything done perfectly. We really appreciate technicians like John that strive to do the "right" thing, and we feel that he did just that! John is a good person, great with his customers, and we would definitely recommend him in your services to Sears customers.
