Great service
Pedro was on time and called when he was on his way. He was very courteous and completed the refrigerator repair quickly. He brought all the tools needed and cleaned the fridge work area before he left.

Raymond was AWESOME! Sears Home Services was HORRIBLE!
Raymond was awesome yesterday when he fixed our refrigerator. He just had to make a couple simple adjustments to vents we didn't even know about. A simple fix that should have been done a week earlier. Raymond has a great personality and was professional as well as courteous. Sears Home Services on the other hand... there might not be enough space here... We requested support from Select Home Warranty (SHW) on 9/15. On 9/16 we were notified by SHW that A&E Factory Service was scheduled (no date provided). On 9/17 we received a notice from Sears Home Services (SHS) that we were scheduled for 9/18, 8-5. I assumed A&C was related to SHS (not). During the day of the 18th I tried repeatedly to use the SHS system to get an update on arrival and was never able to. At around 4:00 pm I received a call apologizing that they weren't going to come today and that I was rescheduled for 9/23. This is our refrigerator that is in the 50s! I informed her that wouldn't work as it was our refrigerator and we were having a luncheon party on the 23rd. She said she couldn't do anything about it. I got progressively insistent and she eventually put me on hold for a while and then said they'd be here the next day, 9/19, 8-9 am. I was happy (happier). The next day, no call and no show. The SHS system has no way to talk to a live person. It's all automated. The best I could do was go online and change the 9/23, 8-5, appointment to 9/22, 8-5. Why wasn't that the date the 9/18 missed appointment was moved to??? I called SHW and they "escalated" it. I received a call the next day that they had moved the appointment to the 22nd and that was all they could do. I'd already done that! I was furious with both of them!!!
