Microwave Repaired
Nathan did a great job repairing the microwave. However, Sears management did a lousy job; they chose not to send technicians to our house for two scheduled appointments (no-shows) after parts were already on-hand. It took over three weeks (3 scheduled appointments) to get a technician to our house to install the parts.
