Joseph was very through in determining what was wrong with our oven, and once he determined what needed to be replaced it was ordered. Upon his return to install the new parts he discovered that one of the parts was slightly damaged and wouldn't work, he informed me of the problem and I reminded him that we needed our oven for Christmas dinner. Joseph was able to fix the part and get the oven working.

So nice, would definitely use your service again. Another company was going to take 3 days to come and service us. You guys came same day, what a lifesaver!

I had a call from James in the morning saying that he would be here between 2 and 4 PM, which I appreciated knowing so I could do some Thanksgiving shopping prior to his arrival. The second call came near his arrival to make sure he had the address correctly. Both calls were friendly in tone! When James arrived he was very neat, efficient, and knowledgable. I was extremely pleased with his work effort and a job very well done!
