Kenmore fridge repair
Pedro was fine and arrived on time. He took care of the repair. But we had to wait over 2 weeks without a refrigerator for him to actually come back the second time to install the new parts. This was extremely stressful and time consuming & expensive having to buy 6-8 bags every morning for 2+ weeks and we had to throw way quite a bit of food. Why Sears didn't have more rep labor available is ridiculous. No one should ever have to wait 2 weeks or even 1 to get a refrigerator repaired.

There was a lot of confusion with the delivery of the part for my repair but John showed up even though the appointment was canceled and he never got the message but decided to help with the repair anyway, he went above and beyond.

Tech was good, but the repair process has been a nightmare.
Technician Pedro was great. He did all the testing to confirm the problem, & the replaced the parts that were previously provided. This is the only reason I'm giving 5 stars. This whole repair process doesn't even deserve a single star! It's taken 7 months to properly repair our refrigerator, since first reporting the problem to Sears. Numerous techs have touched the thing, & each one has had a a different cause. I'm still not convinced that this last repair has fully resolved the issue, but we shall see! This home warranty from Cinch is not worth the trouble. Also, do more research on appliances to see really makes them before you buy! Never buy ANYTHING made by LG!!! I never would've bought this Kenmore fridge if I had know that it was really made by LG.
