Very informative
John was a very nice person. found the problem straight away and gave us the options to fix it. He was knowledgeable and explained everything really well. We decided that a fifteen year old fridge was not worth spending the money on. The only thing wrong with it is the water is not dispensing so we will deal with it. Thank you John.
