Ice Maker Repair
After having two other companies (technicians) service our ice maker their recommendations were a no fix and the problem continued. On the third request for service William Clark with Sears arrived to do maintenance on my ice maker and after only a few minutes he knew exactly what the issue was, he ordered parts and came back to install them, our ice maker is now working. I would say he is very knowledgeable, precise and knows his business.

Dan was great, but.
Sears Home Services is easy to schedule and sends a lot of electronic notifications. The day of service, we received a time of arrival narrowed down to 30 minutes. Then it changed by 1.5 hrs but no notice was given, I had to check the "link" again. Finally, I received a call from Dan that he was on his way and was 15 minutes out. This was another hour after the revised arrival time. Because this is a rental house, I scheduled someone to be on site to meet the technician. That person spent 2.5 hrs waiting when the "link" was specific, down to a 30 min window. Dan was great, but do not trust the arrival time or updated communication method of Sears Home Services. If you are home all day this will never be an issue.
