what YOU want is also NOT clear to me.???
We sure were glad to see William this morning. He "could see" the problem w/refrigeration before doing diag.. Parts for repair were delivered after a 2 wk wait. Great service
I'm so glad Sears still offers service for their large appliances. My Kitchenaid refrigerator stopped working well and I called Sears and within a day the technician came to my home, diagnosed the problem, the ordered the parts needed and with a few days I had the parts. The technician came back within a week and the refrigerator is now working perfectly. I'm very pleased and everything from appointment to fix it went smoothly.

Prompt and efficient
Andrew was very prompt and very efficient with examine and testing the wash machine. He told me that the calcium build up on the odor had disrupted the seal and caused the water to leak from the basin and not only got rid of the build up, but gave m3 advice on how often to run a cleaning cycle on the machine and how often I should remove the build up. 5 exceptional stars!
