Washer
Not only was the agitator and screw replaced, but he was also very knowledgeable, he informed me of how to take care of my washer, so the agitator. doesn't break down again.

Once again, he saves our day
This is the second time Amir has been out for our two AC systems, and his knowledge, expertise, and friendliness are outstanding. He quickly found out what was wrong...and fixed it. He's simply a life saver!

Excellent service today, but you have big problems …
So why was the same work not completed last week when 1st scheduled because the technician last week could care less about customer service, did not call from his prior job to give arrival time notice as is the Sears procedure outlined in emails, closed out the work order as if he had completed the job which he never began because he decided to walk out of the job. This caused Sears, First American and the customer hours of additional time and phone calls to resolve the problems created by the technician and reschedule the installation of new part. This employee should be put on warning of employment termination or just fired for lying, false documents, and not following Sears procedures put in place to make communications and access between customer and technician a smooth and untroubled experience. ALSO, Sears should have the responsibility of having field supervisors in the field monitoring and inspecting technicians and being immediately available when there is a conflict between a technician and customer. The behavior of the technician last week was an outrage of poor customer service. Technicians should be trained in customer service, not just the mechanics of making repairs or replacements.
