William "T" came on time was able to repair our problem in this visit (which we didn't think would happen). He did not try to sell us other repairs or parts that could have been affected by this error code. He was able to get into a very tight space & make repair without our having to empty the freezer drawers. He informed us about their home warranty coverage, but did not push the issue. "T" was fast, efficient & knowledgeable. We would highly recommend!
