Not quite
The automated system works well with regular visits. Mine wasn't because I was not home but needed the service. A 60 character message doesn't answer the needs for when you have to explain, or in my case, send an inspection report. And then I couldn't get a human being again. NOT GOOD!

Horrible overall experience
The technician, Bruce, who finally completed the repairs was great; however, the overall experience was horrible. No show on the first date; tech didn't have info already supplied on second date so parts had to be ordered; no show on the third date; and finally resolution on the fourth date. Each date was a nine-hour window where someone had to be at the house waiting for someone to show up. This meant three completely wasted days of sitting around waiting for someone.

Worst Technician
Nathan is a very bad Technician. He failed to find my broken wheel on refrigerator, I had to point it out to him by insisting he be more thorough. He only ordered (1) wheel even though the color scheme had changed, I had to request they order the matching 2nd wheel. The next issue being looked at required a part that, again Nathan ordered two (2) incorrect colors before correct 3rd one. Nathan did not come prepared with equipment to complete repair and reschedule was required. Nathan's Supervisors not much better... (LORI/LAURIE) and Senior Technician (KEVIN) who never spoke to me directly but only through Nathan ... and Nathan ...only had concern for refrigerator to be emptied for 3rd attempt to repair. I emptied for nothing as repair was canceled by them feeling "insulted" by my exasperation at Nathan's multiple calls and reminders to empty contents before he arrived. Only to not show up!

Tech fine; process flawed
Joseph did well. If a tech was dispatched to diagnose the problem, I would not have waited 3 weeks to find out the assumed problem was not the real problem. Now that Joseph provided an on site diagnosis, my washer is not repairable and must be replaced. And the cherry on top is the part that was back ordered causing this delay was the wrong part and did not fit. Lesson to be learned: Dispatch a tech to diagnose the true problem.

FAKE VISIT!
They made up paperwork like if they went to my house, but they never show up at my house. How they did his paperwork? I dont know, fake visit! Fraud!!!

Non repair of refrigerator
Dear Samsung representatives I am writing to you with some concerns regarding my 2 1/2 year old refrigerator that has had nothing but problems with the ice maker and now water line. I have gone on line and have read that this product has raised many concerns to your office. I have had a sears technician in and out of my home for over a month now ordering various parts to no avail. If these refrigerators are causing so many issues, why is it that they are still be sold? I have ordered two parts (over $500 in parts and $300.00 + on service ) with no resolution, except to be told that I now need a whole new refrigerator door that is $$$$?? plus. I do believe that the Life a new refrigerator is longer than three years. I will not purchase another Samsung product and request your assistance on receiving a refund for a malfunctioning ice/water maker. If you need additional feedback I have included sears on this email to confirm the information I am providing, as they HaveBeen in contact with your Designated service Technician without any Success.

Fake visit
They told AHS they went to my home and they dont even show up, they fake a diagnose, send paperwork like if they show up, and nobody went to my home. They did a fake visit, my appliance still not working and untouched!!!! Worst service

Samsung Refridfertor Ice cube dispensor
Well Nathan A. was hr on July 18 and replaced the Ice cube Dispenser. The ices cubes did not work after that! I waited until Aug 1 when he returned. After Replacing the Ice Cubes Dispenser, and the motherboard, the repair man left my house and within 5 minutes the Samsung refrigerator was leaking everywhere all over the kitchen floor! I still have wet towels on the kitchen floor. I then tried to call A& E No way! no phone calls are permitted. I called Samsung and got a very bad service from all 4 people that I talked to! They could not care less about my situation and set up a new W.O for Aug 9....this is not acceptable, from A& E or Samsung. I will never buy a Samsung product ever! And I would not recommend A & E to anyone.
