Very professional and knowledgeable! Very friendly. Vacuumed tubes and screens which had not been done on the first visit. Cleaned under where the refrigerator sat.

Horrible cigarette smoke smell
Michael was very efficient and timely but my only negative comment is he reeked of cigarette smoke! it was terribly overwhelming for a non smoking household.

What warranty?
We purchased the sears appliance protection plan when we purchased our refrigerator 3 years ago. The refrigerator has been broken (does not cool) for 4 weeks now! A compresor was installed 2 weeks after it broke down only to continue to not work after the repair. We have been dealing with and living without a refrigerator for 4 weeks, I do not understand why Sears won't authorized a replacement purchase. Instead my family and I must continue to struggle with daily meal planning and unsucessful repairs. So much for purchasing a protection warranty!

Freezer not functioning.
Nathan tried very hard to solve the problem. Unfortunately it didn't get solved. If it had, I would've given him a much higher rating since he was very conscientious and concerned about our problem.
