What a great service technician
I used Sears through our home warranty Choice Home Warranty. I thought Sears was out of business, but guess not. Well, Amir arrived and it was as if he knew the problem within minutes and he worked to correct the issue. We had no idea what to think, Amir found that it was a clogged condensation pipe causing back up in the unit, which then a safety device turned the power off to the AC and the thermostat. Amir was so into the fix, he even blew out the pipe with his own mouth, it looked like he was doing CPR on the unit, it was fun to watch. What a great guy! Thank you Amir and so glad it was easy fix and all done for our co-pay.
