Microwave not heating.
Joey was very professional and ran diagnostics on my microwave to try to determine the problem. Unfortunately, the problem did not recur over three attempts to diagnose the problem. He explained the possible causes and encouraged us to call back if the problem recurs rather than guess at a possible solution.

Kevin is a very contentious tech. He was very thorough in explaining way the refrigerator was malfunctioning and what is was going to take to fix it. he also called to let me know what the cost for the icemaker parts and labor would be as my insurance denied the repair to the icemaker. his work was performed professionally and quickly. Glad to have this finally done. The post had not arrived in time with the new part for the work to be completed last week. I had waited all day last week. Today I was glad it could be finally done. Kevin & Nathan did an excellent job of diagnosing the issue with my refrigerator and getting everything fixed. The fridge threw a bit of a hidden curveball during troubleshooting but they got the issue run down and fixed pretty swiftly.
