Scam
Your tec said he showed up to my house a did the work but never did I think he should be fired immediately,I have no ac and have 4 kids and live in Phoenix so thank you for having horrible employees. I'm also gonna review company on all other platforms

Unprofessional disrespectful Service advisor
Please forgive the timeframe of this review we have been out of town. We have an upstairs and downstairs home and sometimes it takes a few minutes to answer the front door! When we opened the door Joseph had walked away, getting ready to put his stuff back into his truck. I wait for him to come back. He came into the home didn't say hi. Just said I've been out here waiting for you to open the door. He walked in straight to the refrigerator without being led. He started throwing the shelves and all of the stuff out of the refrigerator onto the floor I Could tell that he was angry, so I politely picked the items up from the floor put them on the counter that's when he said he had them down there for a reason I didn't say anything. And then he started using profanity and tugging, and pulling on things inside of the refrigerator he broke a part of the fridge started using profanity and that's when I told him we do not use profanity in this home and that he came in and if he has a problem he needs to get his self together. He got very loud and belligerent in his conversation. That's when my husband came downstairs and let him know you do not talk to my wife in that tone or in that way, he started his That we want him to leave and I said no absolutely not. We want our refrigerator fixed. He continued on getting his things and Walked out!! It appeared that he didn't know what he was doing anyway and then lied about what really took place. We have cameras that can prove exactly what I've just shared.

Jobs not done

Still hot in Buckeye
Been waiting for a/c to be repaired since Tuesday 7/2 repair tech came out 7/5 said a/c unit repaired still not cooling with temps at 117

Scheduling is Rediculous
Saying my time slot is from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM is not a schedule; it's a date. Then saying my service provider will arrive at 7:12 PM (yes PM) is absurd. The web site and the scheduling process is utterly worthless. This would not be an issue if it had happened once. But four out of four service calls is inexcusable. If it wasn't for the extended warranty coverage I would NEVER deal with Sears Service again. Service and techs are good. Scheduling is absolutely pathetic. If you need service, plan on sitting home for the day.

Show up late and refused to fix the issues called about
Showed up pass 5pm appointment, didn't want to fix the ice maker problem by using an excuse that the whole fridge need to be replaced. 5 mins diagnostic and refused to do the job for what the service call is about. Never again

Worst service ever
Sched a service, Wife works from home. Service guy & trainee looked at refrigerator and did nothing. Wife works from home and was on the phone and Tech's left the house. Didn't say anything or what repair was done. I still don't know? I call Tech and he won't return my call. Your company stinks!

Charles did not call me in the morning with an estimate of when he would be arriving but waited until he was on his way. He was very short with me on the phone, and in person. the washer is still having the same issue so complete the task
