French door Refrigerator/Freezer repair
Brandon, was at my home 3.5 hrs, He diagnosed the problem of both refer & freezer quit running and fixed the problem. He worker non-stop, was courteous, know-legible & pleasant.

Sears Scheduling
I scheduled an appointment with Sears. I had to wait 10 days for availability with a refrigerator and freezer that were not usable, but I was willing to do so because of the high quality reputation they had. I received a phone call and text from a very professional technician days before the appointment. His name was Mike. He asked about the symptoms my refrigerator was having and told me he was going to order some parts so "the problem could be fixed on the first visit". I was very impressed and understood why Sears was rated so high. Then things took a turn. The night before my appointment I received an automated email saying my appointment was rescheduled for and additional 4 weeks away. No explanation and I couldn't reach a live person. Six weeks after I scheduled my first appointment, a technician named Jose showed up with no parts or knowledge of the issues my refrigerator was having. He brought a "trainee" with him to train him on my refrigerator. They were there 15 minutes. The tech diagnosed the problem without even needing to open my refrigerator. Said a part would need to be ordered and a second trip required. Jose, the technician, was polite. He said the next available appointment was another two weeks away, but he would see what he could do to expedite things. He followed through and was able to come back within a few days if the part arriving at my home. However, the trainee did the physical work under the instruction of Jose. I didn't wait seven weeks to have my home used as a training school where a trainee could learn how to repair my refrigerator. A very disappointing experience. I will not use or recommend Sears in the future. Had this review been strictly about my direct experience with Jose, I would have given five stars.

AC
No estimate cost of repair. Diagnosis was sent to warranty company which was determined a failure on our part for not maintenancing the unit when we just had someone out here who checked the units out. Appointment rescheduled for 9/30 between 1 to 5 and no one has came yet. Been without ac for over 10 days now.

I give this visit a 0 not 1 star
My ac is still out and it is blowing hot air. Now the company says I have to wait 24 hours in order to request a recall. I have a special needs son in the home living with me and there is no bypass to get someone out to my house sooner. The tech that went out to my house didn't even check to see if cold air was coming out. He just changed the part and left.

Sears has the worst service department
It took over 7 weeks of schedule and rescheduling and my fridge is still not fixed. The technician faked my signature on the work completion form. And today they supposedly come to fix the fridge and at the last minute called and said they have stop servicing choice warranty. I don't know how they get away with it for so long. Very unprofessional,

Never showed up
I'm still waiting for him to get here it's 5:30 pm my appointment was scheduled for 8 am to 12:00 lost a day of work and can't get a hold of anyone

No Point
Technician came out and assessed my AC unit approx. 5:50pm (later than expected). The technician added coolant and by the evening, the AC was not working again.

Didn't fix Ac
This company can not be trusted.They Reached out to me this morning saying they had an early appointment date I accepted it. They lied and said they called me and came to my house to fix my AC. No one called or knocked at the door. They claimed to have found the problem how is that possible if they never stepped foot in my house. I have been on hold for 30 minutes trying to talk with someone. Spoke with a customer representative who is in Asia barely spoke English I couldn't understand her.
