Would never call
Broke on Friday in 115 heat on Friday and they showed up on Wednesday afternoon. The technician told the warranty company my 16 year old compressor boke due to the coils being dirty and restricted air flow. They were cleaned this year and every year. It's a old unit. The warranty company denied the claim. I will never use Sears again.

No Jose
No one came today. What is going on. Our refrigerator is a lemon. This has been a terrible experience. I just want it fixed or provide a new one.
